We are committed to meeting the needs of the pig and poultry industries by hosting a forward thinking, progressive Fair.

We have made some key developments for 2008 including:

• New purpose built seminar theatre hosting pig and poultry seminars in the centre of the Fair
   
• Exhibitors offering products and services for farmers looking to process and retail their own products
   
• Investment in marketing to deliver maximum number of producers including specialist producers
   
• Improved layout – better use of halls 1 & 2
   
• Exhibitors colour coded on Fair plan by pig only, poultry only or pig and poultry products, regardless of location in the Fair to ensure even visitor flow
